1. Overview
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming a customer of Economize Limited. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow Economize Limited to use data provided by you in order to facilitate the purchase of products and services from Economize Limited or one of Economize Limited partners. Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Economize Limited, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the customer.
1.1 About our services
We supply access to third party websites and services which are recommended to our customers via an affiliate programme. Some services will require you to submit data on a third party website and some data is submitted to a third party by us. Our products have been sourced and picked for their value to our customers.
1.2 How are we paid?
You will not be charged for using our website. Instead, when you use our website to buy a product or service from a third party, that third party pays a commission to us.

2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1 You agree that you will be liable to us for any damage, loss, claim, demand, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that we may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with your conduct on the Sites and/or your breach of these Terms of Use.
2.2 It is the responsibility of the user of the website to supply data that is correct. Failure to supply correct data to us or our partners might invalidate any products bought.
2.3 If providing information to us from a third party, you must have the permission of the third party to do so beforehand.
2.4 When using one of our partner sites, that you adhere to their terms and services as well as the terms and conditions present here.

3. Our Responsibilities
3.1 We will ensure that your data that we hold is protected on secure servers.
3.2 We aim to ensure that all the information presented on our site is as accurate as possible.
3.3 We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the site but we give no warranty on this. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Sites at any time.

4. Exclusions of our liability
4.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for our fraud, or excludes or limits our duties or any liability under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as amended, ("FSMA") or any conduct of business rules developed pursuant to FSMA.
4.2 Subject to the paragraph immediately above, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage you may incur:
if any information, content, material or data you provide on the Sites is not correct, complete and accurate, or if it is misleading, or if you fail to disclose all relevant facts;
in the event that any Product you apply for does not meet your requirements or is not suitable for you;
in connection with the accuracy or content of any reviews of products or services displayed on our Sites or on any other website that you may access via our Sites;
for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with that product or service;
which are indirect or not foreseeable by us when you accessed or used the Sites;
arising from an inability to access the Sites, from any use of the Sites or from reliance on the data transmitted using the Sites where such losses or damages are caused by any event beyond our reasonable control including as a result of the nature of electronic transmission of data over the internet;
4.3 We do not give any warranty that the sites are free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.

5. Complaints
5.1 We aim to provide you with an excellent service at all times. If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, please contact our Customer Services Team. support@e-conomize.net
5.2 We will aim to send you a formal acknowledgement of your complaint within 48 hours and to resolve it as soon as possible. After we have had an opportunity to investigate your concerns, we will issue you with a final response. If you aren't satisfied with our response, depending on the nature of your complaint, you may have the right to refer your case to:

We will advise you if such a right of referral applies to you. If you want to raise a formal dispute about any of our online services, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution Portal at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
5.3 If you are unhappy with any product or service you have obtained from a third party or have any complaint regarding any third party, you should address your complaint directly to that third party. If you require their contact details, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist.

6. Legal
6.1 If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted from these Terms of Use and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be affected.
6.2 These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your access to and use of the Sites and supersede any prior agreements (including any previous terms of use of the Sites).
6.3 No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms of Use will operate as a waiver of that right nor will any single or partial exercise by us of any right preclude any further exercise of any right.
6.4 These Terms of Use and your access to and use of the Sites shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
6.5 Each of you and us submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in connection with these Terms of Use and your access to and use of the Sites (including any claims or disputes).

7. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Merchant.com's Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Agreement. Your continued participation in Merchant.com's Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.
